Kay Manman Yo is our maternal waiting home in Hinche for women with high-risk pregnancies. Mothers arrive before delivery to stay close to skilled care and receive continuous support.

At the home, Haitian staff provide prenatal monitoring, labs, ultrasounds, medication, and tailored nutritional support. Women also receive health education and 24/7 care in a safe, respectful environment.

When labor begins, mothers are transported to the hospital half a mile down the road.. Many return afterward for postpartum monitoring, healing support, and breastfeeding guidance.

Kay Manman Yo offers safety, dignity, and comprehensive care before and after birth for high risk or critically ill women who would otherwise face serious barriers to accessing healthcare.
