Our Community Clinics are the backbone of Midwives for Haiti’s work and our largest program. We operate 12 fixed sites across the Central Plateau, serving some of the most remote and underserved communities in Haiti.

At each clinic, Haitian midwives provide essential services that mothers and newborns would otherwise have to travel long distances to find. These include prenatal and postpartum appointments, newborn exams, family planning, and vaccines when available.

The clinics reduce dangerous delays in accessing care and ensure that families in rural Haiti receive consistent, respectful, and lifesaving maternal and newborn services close to home.
